Death & Co. Comes To Hong Kong!

The famous NYC bar is popping up this September

 

Death & Co., the famed New York City bar, will be popping up for five days this September at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. From Tuesday, 19 September to Saturday, 23 September, head to Ozone, where the place voted one of the World’s 50 Best Bars in 2017 will hold court and serve up some classic cocktails. At the helm will be World Class American Bartender of 2015, Tyson Buhler, who will present well-known drinks such as the Martini (made with Ketel One vodka), Collins (made with Tanquery No. TEN, rum, cane syrup, eucalyptus extract and selzer), and Sour (a fruit-infused Bulleit Rye whiskey).

If you’re feeling peckish while sipping those fine drinks, Ozone’s Spanish Chef de Cuisine Rafael Gil will be creating some snacks to sate your palate, such as the Ozone Dog, the Wagyu BLT-Ozone, and Rustic Fries. Sorted.
